Greek Gift sacrifice with two defensive responses

The most famous attacking sacrifice in chess: the bishop gives itself on h7 to drag the king into the open. The prerequisites are all here — bishop on the b1–h7 diagonal, a knight one hop from g5, the queen ready for h5, and crucially, no black knight on f6.
